hiker sharing trail with three mountain goats
We paused for 30 minutes until we felt safe to proceed past. A Mountain Goat can kill a human.

Personal leadership 101: Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Fire starter pro-tip

Mid Life Celebration book
The drainage hole cover with the Mickey Mouse head emblem – the only place you could find Mickey Mouse when EPCOT Center opened in 1982.

Pro tip: Lead yourself. Do not count on others to set you on fire with a compelling, noble purpose.

Become it, then preach it

Disney Keynote speaker Jeff Noel with Mickey and Minnie
Blurry photos can be awesome. Cheryl and i celebrated our 30th year of Disney Service this evening in 2014. Cheryl went on to reach 36 years of Disney Service as a Disney Human Resources Exectutive.

Snug as a bug

Christmas card from Disney Keynote Speaker Jeff Noel

Fear is an unwelcome Leadership companion

keynote slide print out
This photo is from a slide deck for a Creativity Keynote in Orlando. Delivered 2,000 Disney Keynote speeches since 1999. The first speech without slides was a filmed TEDx Talk at American University of Kuwait. That same keynote was also my first recorded speech. This was a dramatic leap in discomfort.

Fear is unnecessary attachment to things, people, and habits.
