What does it mean to be a leader as we age into midlife, as we pass 50 years real-world experience? Would either of the two above (photo) know the difference?

It’s easy to fool the very young (kids) and the simplistic (pet). But can we fool a room full of aging childhood friends? Just what then does it mean to be a leader?
