Change doesn’t change the…

Pixar character from Geri's Game
We are all gonna die. Some of us will forget to live. Some of us will never learn how to live. Some of us will be afraid to live. Some of us will live despite everything.

The truth about change.

Change doesn’t change the truth.

The other truth about change.

An irrefutable truth is that change is a constant.

Change or die.

Adapt or die.

Some dying is physical, but the deaths in today’s thread are the death of a growth mindset. The death of your health. The death of peace. The death of career contribution. The death of an organized home.

The deaths you should pursue are the deaths of anything prohibiting personal vibrancy.

The will to explore at work

The will to explore at work.

Do you have it?

On a scale of 1-10, 10 is best.

What’s your number?

Work life hack, aim for a perfect 10.

Exploring allows you to find a way, a style, an art form, that’s never been done before.

How cool is that?

When the road forks, take it.

Career freedom, at last

rustic cabin living room
Work from anywhere. Began doing it more than a decade before Covid-19 institutionalized work from home in 2019.

Career freedom, at last.

Freedom.

Career.

It means doing what you love.

Period.

The key metric is the get-to-do versus have-to-do percentages.

Career freedom is how you become wealthy.

Wealthy isn’t a number, it’s a mindset.

Prolific harvest…

Growth mindset.

Physical vibrancy.

Peace and contentment.

Work artistry, a category of one.

Prioritized priorities at home.

Classic “I took the path less traveled and that has made all the difference”.

Masked couple at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Last night. You are looking at 66 years combined Disney Leadership experience.

Bottom line: culture equals habits, habits equal results, therefore culture equals results.

It’s easy to dismiss the previous sentence because it’s ridiculously simple and painfully obvious.

Simple and obvious have an insidious way of being immediately dismissed.

Fatal error in judgement.

The aspects of things most important are lost on us because of their simplicity and familiarity.
