Chronic art

Been thinking about If Disney Ran Your Life podcast’s future.

Historically, i’ve read like my life depends on it. Many big-name, traditional authors. Think & Grow Rich, Pyscho-cybernetics, Rich Dad Poor Dad, every Seth Godin book. However, now i focus more on producing than consuming. Since 2009, i write 5 daily, differently-themed personal blogs. Reading is to the mind as hope is to the Olympian. Writing is to the mind as practice is to the Olympian.

Initiative

Last summer was an experiment in working together inside Glacier National Park. This summer will be a continuation highlighted by lessons learned and the opportunities discovered.

You used initiative to come and tell me where you were on the video project rather than having me come to you and ask you for an update.

Condensing a 21-minute video into 59 seconds or less is no easy task, especially knowing the goal is for it to “sizzle”.

Initiative is fairly rare, hence valuable.

In business.

In personal life.

Please remember your small victory (an extra inch), for life is transformed by the innumerable small victories (extra inches) achieved throughout life.
