Stunning consistency

Wild Lily.

Simple.

A lone flower.

Amongst the vast sodded easement between The Disney Parkway (as i call it) and the sidewalk, the annual ritual of a lone Lily pushing through to bloom before the County mowers mow the roadside easement.

Yes or no leadership

Disney keynote speaker Jeff Noel
If Disney Ran Your Life, everything matters and nothing is optional.

Yes or no leadership?

What the?

Leadership, right?

Ok.

Make your yeses easy.

Make you noes easy.

Conviction, right?

Yes.

Leadership conviction.

Shame Walt didn’t see it

Main Street at Walt Disney World
Walt’s vision was so powerful, his associates “saw it” simply from the way Walt talked about.

Shame Walt didn’t live to see Walt Disney World.

Luckiest generation

The paint is not yet dry on how digital natives will thrive in the workforce.

Which generation is the luckiest?

My breakfast partner yesterday suggests it’s people like me and him.

We were the last generation to grow up as teens without the internet.

And, we were at an adult age where we “grew up” with early internet because of our jobs.

We grew up with nothing digital.

We are growing older with everything digital.
