I have been thinking about disruptive thinking for two days now. And always come to the same conclusion: Disruptive thinking gets me into trouble. But then good things happen. It’s a risk, for a greater goal.

Patty, it can get us in “trouble” and it can also set us free.
Perhaps what makes the difference is in the thinker’s intent.
To intimidate and bring others down – bad.
To challenge and lift others up – good.
