Thanks Jeff for this post – I would guess we all have made decisions that would cause someone to question our integrity and we are tempted to carry the consequences of that decision like an albatross around our neck; hindering us from being all that we can be. The message from the song from Frozen (how can you not know what that is) reminded me that I just need to “Let it Go!”
