If Disney ran your business, we’d ask three simple questions:
- What do your customers believe is your biggest promise to them?
- How do you systematically deliver your promise at every touchpoint?
- How important is connecting emotionally and how well do you do that with every customer?
There are many more questions but these are the baseline starting points.
On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.
