
If Disney ran your business, we’d ask three simple questions:
- What do your customers believe is your biggest promise to them?
- How do you systematically deliver your promise at every touchpoint?
- How important is connecting emotionally and how well do you do that with every customer?
There are many more questions but these are the baseline starting points.

Donna, you are NOT failing.
It would be so amazing to have an opportunity to deliver a “jeff noel Community Program” in Valpo…one or two days of intensive question asking (and answering – solving for how to operationalize the answers, the architecture).
I believe it is going to happen someday.
