    I hope not. If that is the case, creativity disappears because workers are too busy “doing” instead of getting to think. But that is a difference between a leader and a manager. Managers aren’t thinking long-term visions, but short-term task deadlines, whereas a leader thinks about the big picture and visions for the future.
