The blessing of insomnia, in the quiet of the early morning there is the opportunity to review the importance and joy of the upcoming day. And then the birds awake and sing.
Patty, is insomnia treatable?
I believe you can take meds, but I’ve opted to I corporate my normal sleep pattern into my life. Think of all the quiet mornings I would have missed. Since when does a busy mom have so much quiet time to herself. 🙂
