Sage wisdom from our parents applies tirelessly to business leadership. Never get bored with the basics.
If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Therefore, Nuwanda will remain silent about the recent training she received.
Pity.
What’s sad, no one asked her about it.
Summary: A world class organization with a long-term employee undergoing new product training. Had the trainee been asked, she would have graded the so called world class training team an “EF”, for epic failure.
Sometimes what happens on the inside is tragic, not magic.

Yes, I agree, but… Even when faced with EF teaching great learning can and does occur. Look deeper Nuwanda, what’s the gift?
Patty, she told me it was one of the most powerful and meaningful learning opportunities of her entire decades-long career. God wastes nothing.
She also said she felt like she had “taken one for the team”. And that ultimately, months later, through unknown circumstances, the organization changed their entire thought process around this training.
Again, God wastes nothing.
Very wise… 🙂 pay it forward
Wisdom comes from experience and experience comes from making mistakes.
God grant me the wisdom to learn from my mistakes. Amen.
And the courage to make them.
