SHRM Knows Next

Maybe, Maybe Not
Maybe, Maybe Not

Do you know next? Most likely, you don’t.

I didn’t either, until I clicked here.

Come to find out, I do know next.

It’s one of the special gifts I have that looks stupid, antagonistic, even moronic.

  1. HR was once seen as nothing more than the corporate “police”, the authors of “101 ways you can get fired.”

SHRM is on the cutting edge of the changing role of HR into strategic partner. Truthfully, HR has simply realized that Walt was right. You never know where your next great idea is going to come from. And, you dream design, create, and build the best business on the planet, but it takes people to make the dream succeed.
    Or something like that.
    Just sayin’

  2. Thanks for commenting on SHRM and HR.

What I know about stereotypes is that they make not be true, but they are real.

So, whatever comes to mind when “HR” is mentioned, well, it would seem to be in the control of the stereotype.

Two choices. Live with it. Or change it.

    Go SHRM, go!
