(This post is me talking to me…reminding myself to take healthy risks and remember that i’m in charge of every decision – and every decision brings potential opportunity.)

There are still many business models that have stood the test of time.

As time passes, they too shall become vulnerable, and then ripe, for reexamination.

Who says when and where and how often you can travel to conduct your entrepreneurial business?

Wouldn’t it seem it’s up to the CEO?

And isn’t creativity the DNA of every great organization?

Saying, and believing it is one thing; however, doing it is for outliers.

One of the most important things you can do as CEO of You, Inc

One of the most important things you can do as CEO of You, Inc. is be intentional about where you live – you know, where you establish your personal HQ.

Of course this is one of the most challenging assignments you’ll have as CEO, but it’s your responsibility to figure it out and make it happen.

Leadership includes everything at HQ

Homeowners must make choices to keep up with the things that become issues

As a homeowner (leader, CEO), we are responsible for everything at our HQ.

Even the things that catch us off guard and clamor for our precious time and attention.

Two weekends ago we filled in 60 holes in our yard, dug by wild animals searching for food.

This digging, and the dangerous holes, will continue indefinitely unless the animals are caught and relocated to a nature preserve.

This is time consuming and distracting.

And necessary.

Figure it out. Right?

Just Say It
Just Say It

“Say what you mean and mean what you say.”General George S. Patton

Looks good on paper; however, most people are too afraid to say what they mean.

And if they do say what they mean, they don’t say it like they mean it.

Too chicken.

Human nature. Pathetic.

And we complain and wonder why our life isn’t optimized.
