What Are You Waiting For?

The book Mid Life Celebration: rethink • reprioritize • recommit

Disney Keynote Speaker
Sent a bunch of postcards yesterday. Snapped this just before putting them in the mailbox. They are laid out on the road. Did a second photograph of the flip side to remind me who i’ve sent cards to.

The book Mid Life Celebration: rethink • reprioritize • recommit is the printed version of my “last lecture”.

It’s a life guide for our son in case something bad ever happens to me and the book provides a documented resource filled with answers to questions he might want to ask his dad.

RIP Walt Disney

Cast Activities logo
Have had my eye on a castle turret design for several years. This reminded me to dust off the idea.

main logo
Main logo is ripe for a new Family member. A Family of logos.

Walt Disney died on this day (December 15) in 1966.

He had turned 65 ten days prior to his death.

So grateful for the legacy he left our Company.

Incredibly blessed to have it be my life’s work.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.

How you feel says it all

First College National Championship Game coin toss
The odds or demonstrating courage are way less than 50/50. Last night’s first College Nat’l Championship game.

How you feel says it all.

If you are overwhelmed (and who isn’t), it impacts your ability to lead.

If you are balanced, your leadership is radically amplified.

People follow your courage, not your title.

If you’re too busy fixing things to courageously lead, well, you do the math.
