Years ago Disney University (DU) hosted “Disney Institute (DI)” seminars. Had lunch at DU two days ago and told my lunch companion about this fact. It was so long ago that only a handful of people remember, and even fewer care.
However, the insight for me is how small and humbly DI was and what a force in the training and development world it is now.
So to think there could be a Jeff Noel University sounds crazy. Then again, maybe not.
