My Vision for Disney Institute?

My personal vision for Disney Institute, what makes me work desperately hard to get the word out about this wonderful organization?

I’d like to help make Disney Institute a global household name!

Ask almost anyone, anywhere in the world, “Ever heard of Disney Institute”?

There are two typical responses:

  1. “What’s that”?
  2. “Oh yes, that’s the place where you can learn how to cook”?

In trying to run the business as if were mine, I’m seriously challenged to live with those answers.

Yet, if you spoke to the people who’ve attended a Disney Institute program, you’d get something like this:

  • “That was amazing.  We need to figure out how to get this integrated into our organization”!
  • “Disney’s business strategies and tactics could work for anyone”!

So, I know my purpose: To help them grow exponentially.

In doing so, they reach more people.  They reach more people, they help make a greater impact.  The greater the impact, the more the word spreads.  The more the word spreads, the closer they get to a household name.

Now, if I could just figure out how to say it and share it so others can see it.

jeff noel + blog =?

Hey, business blogs and professional networking are occupying a big part of my dreaming capacity these days.    How is it with you?   The dreaming part.

To me, dreaming is synonymous with vision, in my opinion.

How important is vision?  What is your vision each and every day.  This can be challenging to answer.

Why?

Because we often don’t think about it.  Why?  Because we are so busy trying to accomplish what’s directly in front of us.  Am I wrong?

Wanted to add a quick post  to share a vision that business blogs and social networking will someday soon be an energizing force to help make the world a better place.  I can feel it in my bones.

What are you passionate about?  What do you dream about?  Who needs to be involved?  How long do you have?

When do you find time to think of questions like these, let alone answer them?

I’m challenging myself to work harder and smarter than ever.  I hope you do what feels right for you, and for your organization.

To me, it feels like the clock is ticking faster.  The competition, working harder.  Carpe diem, jungle jeff noel  🙂

Why ask these questions?

I often ask myself, “Are you doing all you can do to embody the ideals of Walt and Roy Disney“?

Another popular question, “Are their values still relevant“?

Still another, “How can I demonstrate those values in the best way possible“?

Why these questions?

Because Walt Disney and Roy Disney were razor-focused on delivering the very best product, pushing boundaries, and growing their business.

That still seems relevant to me.  Does it to you?

Make it a great day.

Dream Big!

This blog has been an inspiring way to look at my personal mission to be a catalyst for positive change.

Writing here, has stretched my thinking, and has absolutely made me a better presenter and professional speaker.  Period.  End of story.

I am even going to go so far as to say it is, a dramatic leap from my old thinking, and my old performing.  Seriously!

The big vision?  To become world-class!  As a professional speaker.

Remember, I’m the crazy guy who says, “If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough“!

Make today an opportunity to get one day closer to your dramatic leap in thinking and performing, because if you don’t, who will?  Carpe diem, jungle jeff  🙂

Are you by design or by default?

Is your corporate cultureBy Design” or “By Default“?

Do you even know what I’m taking about?

Is your personal cultureBy Design” or “By Default“?

Or, does your culture “just sort of happen”?

I’d bet a majority of you still don’t know what I’m talking about.  That’s ok.  No worries.  Hakuna matata.

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

Make your day purposeful, by design.  If you don’t, who will?  Carpe diem, jungle jeff  🙂
